1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Wozbit. For any data protection matters, email us at [email protected].

2. What data we process

We only process data that you provide when contacting us through the form or by email:

  • your name, email address and company name (optional),
  • information about your project included in your message,
  • technical data required to run the website and prevent spam (e.g. IP address), processed by our hosting provider.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • answering your enquiry: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • taking steps prior to entering into a contract, e.g. preparing a quote: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • protecting the website against abuse and spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers of technical services to us:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), anonymous visit statistics,
  • Resend: delivering form submissions to our mailbox,
  • our email provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (including in the USA). In such cases the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and no longer than 12 months afterwards. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and until the relevant limitation periods and legal obligations expire.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have your data rectified, erased or its processing restricted,
  • object to processing and to data portability,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we will not be able to reply.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. For anonymous visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or track users across sites. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form from spam, may use technical browser data solely to tell humans and bots apart.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
